All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete or error-free. It is your responsibility to verify fitment using our vehicle selector before purchasing.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by The Boost Garage. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.
5. Fitment and Installation
While we provide fitment verification tools to help you select the correct part, it is ultimately your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchasing. The Boost Garage is not responsible for parts ordered for incorrect vehicles, or for damage resulting from improper installation. We strongly recommend professional installation for complex components.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. Please review our full Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery. Installed parts, opened electrical components, and special-order items are not eligible for return. Please review our full Returns & Exchanges Policy before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, build gallery photos, or other content to our site, you grant The Boost Garage a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content on our website and in marketing materials. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit.
