We process and ship orders within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Standard Ground
Rates calculated at checkout from the item's weight and box size. Delivered in 3–7 business days.
Oversize & Freight
Bumpers, bed liners, body panels and other oversize parts ship by LTL freight in 5–10 business days. The carrier calls to schedule delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Parts ship direct from our supplier warehouses.
Where We Ship
All 50 US states. Alaska and Hawaii carry a surcharge shown at checkout. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How Shipping Is Priced
Shipping is charged at cost — we do not pad the rate or use it as a profit center. Your rate is calculated from the greater of the item's actual weight or its dimensional weight, since a large lightweight part takes up the same truck space as a heavy one. Oversize items carry the carrier's handling surcharge, and items that exceed ground limits ship by LTL freight at the carrier's rate. Multiple items going to the same address are combined into one shipment wherever the carrier allows it.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in My Orders.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-demand periods may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
