Welcome to RacingLine's MQB 2.0 TDI Pleated Cotton Intake for models such as Golf 7, Audi A3 8V, Leon III, Octavia III etc with this EA288 motor. This race-bred cold air Intake System has RacingLine's high-flowing, zero maintenance Cotton filter at its heart. In testing, RacingLine's induction systems reliably give the greatest power gains of any intake on the market, and with this Cotton filter inside, a 'fit and forget' solution. Developed and proven from RacingLine’s extensive factory motorsport experience gained from its unique 2.0 TDI race engines, this intake combines OEM-standards of design and quality with very significant power gains on uprated cars, all carefully hand-made in the UK. RacingLine’s Pleated-Cotton Filter construction requires no maintenance, giving a true fit and forget filtration material to those who don't want the cleaning and re-oiling schedule of a Trifoam filter. Airflow is no accident. Fully developed with F1-standard CFD programmes, it's no wonder so many high-powered cars choose RacingLine’s intake. The large airbox volume and maximized filter surface area are key to this, giving airflow capabilities to support increased power outputs without restriction. By enabling cold, dense air from outside the engine bay to reach the fuel metering unit more efficiently, the system delivers really impressive airflow gains - as much as 9% higher at peak power than that of the original intake system. By reducing turbo spool by up to 500rpm in some cases through the enhanced efficiency of the system, lightning fast turbo response is guaranteed. You'll hear the rich induction noise from this race-bred intake as soon as you accelerate hard, really enhancing the TDI soundtrack. However, as a fully-enclosed intake, volume levels are well-contained.
