Already running the BMW G42 M240i NAS axle-back system? Upgrade to a full cat-back without cutting the OE exhaust. This optional upgrade kit converts an existing Milltek Sport axle-back system into a complete Milltek cat-back, unlocking improved flow and a fuller exhaust note from the catalyst rearward. Manufactured to the same standard as the rest of the Milltek system in T304L stainless steel with mandrel-bent piping. Designed for direct fitment alongside the original axle-back hardware — no permanent modifications to the vehicle or the existing system are required. Please note: This upgrade is for NAS (North American Spec) M240i G42 Non-OPF/GPF models only. Designed and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage. Tested at the Nurburgring.
