The Milltek Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered for direct factory fitment on the Volkswagen Jetta MK7 GLI (2.0T EA888). This mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel system replaces the OEM cat-back, delivering measurable flow improvement and refined exhaust character without aggressive drone. Hand-finished construction uses precision CNC-formed components and OEM-compatible hangers for zero-modification installation. The resonated design targets the OE resonance point, producing a sportier yet controlled tone at full throttle while maintaining composed cruising character. Finished with optional JET-100 carbon trims for premium aesthetics.
