Milltek Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System for Audi B9 S4 and S5 (non-sport differential models). Direct factory fitment replacement using OEM hangers, no modification required. 2.50" (63.50mm) mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel construction with Cerakote black trim. The resonated design eliminates low-frequency drone while preserving full-throttle character. T304L material resists corrosion and thermal cycling. CNC-formed internals fine-tune the OE resonance point for an engineered tone that sounds purposeful without excessive cabin noise. Hand-finished to Milltek's specification. Fitment • Audi S4 B9 3.0 Turbo V6 - Saloon/Sedan and Avant (non-sport differential) 2016 and later • Audi S5 B9 3.0 Turbo V6 - Sportback (non-sport differential only) 2017 and later Cat-back system only - retains factory downpipe and catalytic converter. Uses OEM mounting points and suspension hangers for seamless integration. Designed and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage. Tested at the Nurburgring.
