Milltek Non-Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System for Audi B7 S4 4.2 V8 Quattro. Direct factory fitment cat-back system, 2.25" mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel construction with polished tips. Uses OEM hangers and brackets-no modification required. Hand-finished T304L stainless steel pipe with engineered tone tuning. Non-resonated design eliminates OE silencing chambers for full-throttle sound character. Decibel-tested for aggressive exhaust note while maintaining street-legal operation. Direct replacement for factory system. Fitment • Audi S4 B7 (2005-2008) with 4.2 V8 Quattro engine • Cat-back only-retains factory downpipe and catalytic converter • Direct OEM+ fitment using factory attachment points Construction 2.25" (57.15mm) mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel. Hand-finished welding and polished trim rings. Designed and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage. Tested at the Nurburgring.
