Description

Milltek Large Bore Downpipe with 200-cell race catalyst and a 90mm flex section for the BMW M240i (F22 LCI, non xDrive), 2015 to 2018. 90mm (3.54") mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel with hand-finished welds and CNC-formed flanges. Direct fitment on factory mounting points, no modification required. The 200-cell race catalyst drops cell density well below the 500 to 600 cell OEM substrate for minimum restriction. The flex section isolates turbo movement and heat cycling from the rest of the exhaust. Stage 2 ECU remap recommended to realize the gains.
