Milltek Race Active Valved Cat-Back exhaust system for Ford Mustang 5.0 V8 (Dark Horse, Mach 1). Hand-finished T304L stainless steel construction with mandrel-bent piping, H-pipe configuration, and Cerakote Black GT-115 4.5-inch tips. OEM+ fitment using factory hangers-no modification required. Vacuum-actuated valve opens at full throttle to deliver engineered tone character; closed-loop operation minimizes drone during cruise. CNC-formed tip collars, TIG-welded construction throughout. Direct bolt-on installation to OEM cat-back position. Dyno-proven power delivery with signature Milltek sound calibration. Designed in Tennessee and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage. Tested on the Tail of the Dragon.
