Description

Milltek 80mm OPF/GPF Back System engineered for BMW M5 F90 (S63B44T). This performance exhaust replaces the rear axle-back section, flowing through the factory GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) location with 80mm mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel piping and available carbon JET-100 trims. Direct factory fitment using OEM hangers; cutting of OE system required. Constructed from T304L stainless steel (hand-finished, not polished). System tested for EC Approval and TUV compliance. Sound character engineered to eliminate resonance peaks while preserving daily drivability. Dyno-proven gains in top-end flow and mid-range responsiveness without sacrificing low-rpm refinement. Fitment • BMW M5 F90 (2018-2024) with S63B44T twin-turbo engine • Compatible with OE GPF systems • OE valve integration maintained • Uses factory suspension and mounting points Designed and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage.
