Milltek OPF/GPF Back Exhaust System for BMW M5 F90 (F90 generation, 2018+). Direct axle-back fitment requiring OE system cutting. Hand-finished T304L stainless steel construction with Burnt/Blue Titanium GT-100 trims. ECE approved for street and track use. This cat-back replacement delivers a pronounced yet refined tone while maintaining OEM+ fitment. The 3.15" and 80mm mandrel-bent primary piping maximizes exhaust scavenging and supports dyno-proven performance gains. Engineered to preserve low-end response while opening up full-throttle character across the rev range.
