Milltek 80mm Cat Back Non-Resonated OPF-Back Exhaust System for Audi D5 S8 4.0 TFSI V8 (2020+). This is a direct factory-fitment cat-back replacement engineered to eliminate factory resonance chambers, delivering a more aggressive exhaust character while maintaining OEM fitment with factory hangers and mounting points. Constructed from T304L stainless steel with CNC-formed GT-115 titanium trim ring. The 3.15" (80mm) mandrel-bent pipe improves exhaust scavenging and gas velocity compared to factory restrictive passages. Hand-finished construction ensures durability and corrosion resistance. OPF-back fitment means the system begins after the gasoline particulate filter, making it street-legal while delivering full sonic character and measurable flow gains on dyno testing.
