The Milltek 80mm Race Non-Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered for the Audi C8 RS6 (2020+) and RS7 (2019+) 4.0L V8 bi-turbo. This system replaces the factory cat-back section, delivering a more aggressive exhaust character and improved flow dynamics. Direct bolt-on fitment using OEM hangers; OE system cutting required for installation. Constructed from T304L stainless steel, hand-finished with twin 80mm (3.15") mandrel-bent piping and Cerakote Black oval trims. The non-resonated design eliminates mid-range resonance points, amplifying the V8's full-throttle note. Dyno-tested for measurable torque gains across the power band.
