The Milltek 80mm Race Non-Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered specifically for the Audi C8 RS6 (2020+) and C8 RS7 (2019+) with the 4.0L bi-turbo V8. This system replaces the OEM cat-back section, delivering enhanced exhaust flow and a purposeful, engineered tone without factory resonance chambers. Constructed from T304L stainless steel with CNC-formed Cerakote Black oval trims, this system uses OEM hangers for direct factory fitment and requires no cutting or modification. The 80mm mandrel-bent primary piping (3.15") facilitates optimal scavenging and improved mid-to-high-rpm response. Non-resonated design eliminates OE sound-dampening, exposing the full character of the bi-turbo powerplant at full throttle.
