Milltek 80mm Axle-Back Exhaust System for BMW G90/G99 M5 (NAS/ROW spec). Direct bolt-on replacement for the factory rear section, no modification to mid-pipe required. Requires cutting of OE exhaust tips. Hand-finished T304L stainless steel construction with mandrel-bent 3.15" and 80mm diameter piping. Cerakote Black tips provide durability and aggressive visual presence. Engineered to deliver improved exhaust scavenging over OE design, with a more pronounced full-throttle character while maintaining composure at part throttle. Fitment & Install • BMW M5 G90/G99 (2024+) - NAS and ROW specifications • OEM+ fitment using factory hanger points • OE exhaust tip cutting required - professional installation recommended • No cat-back modification needed Dyno-tested for flow characteristics and tone profile calibration. Designed and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage. Tested at the Nurburgring.
