The Milltek 80mm Axle-Back Exhaust System is a direct bolt-on replacement for the rear section of your BMW G90/G99 M5 (NAS/ROW spec), requiring cutting of the OE system. Engineered to deliver enhanced exhaust flow, improved sound character, and refined aesthetics without full system replacement. Constructed from premium T304L stainless steel with hand-finished burnt/blue titanium tips, this system features mandrel-bent 3.15" and 80mm pipe diameters optimized for M5 performance characteristics. The design maintains OEM+ fitment and compatibility with factory hangers while providing a sportier, more pronounced tone at full throttle.
